COMMUNITY MOBILISER

JADEN has introduced Community Mobilisers (CMs) from rural youth and women, acting as change catalysts within their communities. Serving as bridges between the organization and the people, CMs help implement projects and scale up efforts by leveraging their community ties. Despite their limited exposure and skills, JADEN is augmenting their abilities, seeing them as future leaders. The challenge lies in shifting their self-perception to become valued community service providers, ultimately making them integral in delivering value-for-money services to their communities.
Rural Development

We strive to make the members understand and analyze the vulnerability of different members of the groups they belong to and participate in micro-planning so that the most excluded and vulnerable members are included and the aspiration of all is met working with both men and women farmers, though SHGs and village’s organizations, our trust is on the women. Women actively participate in managing their own and community resources and also run their savings and credit programs. This has helped them eliminate usurious money lending and today they have access to credit at far more reasonable rates, giving a fillip to production-based activities. Internal money lending has also helped address the consumption requirements of families.
Capacity Building

JADEN’s capacity-building initiatives include comprehensive training programs for farmers and community members, focusing on modern agricultural techniques and sustainable practices. Additionally, financial assistance is provided to support agricultural improvement, enabling farmers to access better resources, tools, and technologies. These efforts aim to enhance productivity, improve livelihoods, and promote community resilience.
