JADEN Farmer Producer Company Pvt Ltd, established in 2019, is a dynamic farmer-led organization dedicated to empowering rural communities in Bolangir, Odisha. Under the visionary leadership of Madhumita Pattnaik, we’ve grown into a thriving network of over 620 shareholders, transforming agricultural practices and livelihoods across multiple blocks in the region.
Our mission is rooted in the belief of ‘Development for All’. We strive to uplift every section of society through innovative farming techniques, community mobilization, and sustainable economic practices. JADEN’s core philosophy revolves around quality, ethics, and transparency in all our endeavors.
We specialize in promoting integrated crop cultivation models, millet production, and diverse farm-based livelihoods. Our initiatives span from introducing climate-resilient agriculture to facilitating market linkages, ensuring our farmers receive fair value for their produce.
JADEN is more than just an agricultural company; we’re catalysts for social change. Through our Community Mobiliser program and support for Self Help Groups, we’re empowering rural youth and women to become leaders in their communities.
As we continue to grow, with an annual turnover reaching Rs. 18,20,957 in 2021-22, our commitment remains steadfast: to create a sustainable, prosperous future for our farmers and rural communities, championing progress through collective action and innovation.
